Deposit Policy: KapRiver Outfitters requires a 50% plus 13% HST, non-refundable deposit to secure a reservation 60 days or longer before the scheduled trip date. The 50% plus 13% HST deposit is non-refundable. The balance due for “payment in full” is required no later than 60 days prior to schedule trip arrival date. KapRiver Outfitters requires a deposit of “payment in full” to secure a reservation less than 60 days before the scheduled trip. The payment in full is also non-refundable. All payments must be assessed a 13% HST.

KapRiver Outfitter highly recommends you protect your deposits and payments in full with Travel Insurance. Receipt of deposit and/or final payment by KapRiver Outfitters is acknowledgment that registrant has read and accepts this cancellation/refund policy and all responsibility clauses.

Trip Rescheduling: KapRiver Outfitters requires a $250 plus 13% HST fee to reschedule a trip once the deposit has been made. This total fee is for a group of 1- 6 persons. Groups of 7 or larger will be assessed a total $350 plus $13% HST date change fee.
